We aim to ship within 3-5 business days. All shipments are made with USPS.
When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted.
Your order status may take up to twelve hours to update after your order has been placed.
We are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order. Changes are not permitted once your order has been placed.
Pagoumian is not liable for any misplaced, lost or stolen packages.

Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Pagoumian item tags attached and any related accessories included.
Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything Pagoumian reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
All items purchased on sale are final sale, no returns or exchanges. This includes items purchased with a redeemed discount code.
